Our entire staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of people, and we hope that our site can help introduce you to the various areas of our outreach ministry. Our organization is a 501(c) 3 non-profit that works to alleviate the negative impacts of apathy and lack of available services on the populations of Virginia, Florida, and beyond. Our well-trained staff implements projects that provide interventions to reduce depravity and poverty, supporting the development of the mind, body, and soul. Empowerment Training Center offers opportunities for individuals to build a foundation for future success.
Joyce Carelock Ministries, Inc., operating as Empowerment Training Center, is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2011 and is registered under 501(c)(3). The training center was set up on March 1, 2012, with a core objective of providing necessary training and resources to underserved community members.
